Mango Tango Cake

This is really really my first time making a whole cake .
i feel nervous and hand shaking .......
However , at last ........
i still manage to make it which still able to be recognise as a " Cake "
Hahaha.......

Why choosen mango??  mmm it because i found there are 2 mango i not yet
finish as i bought them from my house area Pasar Malam .
To avoid the mango spoil ....  this come to my mind
i should make a mango cake for Valentine .
Why am i so interested to bake a cake ?
First , to see do i able to make a cake where jus refer all lovely blogger's post .
Second , i am now crazy about baking hahaha


This cake taste jus nice . I loving it !!

Only the sponge cake not really make me satisfied ...
i will try next time !!  Kambate

Durian Ice Cream Cake & Birthday Dinner

Yesterday  21st Feb  was my lao gong birthdays ...
So fast we had being together for 8 year already ^^
to make this day special i had plan a week ago.
1st what i wana try is to make a cake for him ..
which is the second cake after Valentine celebration.
He is a Durian crazy lover so .....
 no need to guess make him a Durian Cheese cake is definately a right choice
But ...problem is i can't find any Durian in market .
This make me feel =(.... 
So i change my recipe to Durian Ice Cream Cake ......

I had make a online research and found some recipe.
Which i always like simple, easy and delicious hehehe

So here ....my first Durian Ice Cream Cake
not so perfect because it easily melt when its out of fridge ....
Fortunately , it stay nicely until we finish the Birthday Song .

糊椒四川柞菜猪肚汤


续上一次糊椒猪肚汤未能达到我的要求。。。
昨晚再战猪肚汤。。终于达到我要的软度了。
原来是须要整粒猪肚一起煮过后再切而不是切后再煮.........
终于成功咯。。开心开心
老公也说赞哦... hehehe

胡椒咸菜猪肚汤...

胡椒咸菜猪肚汤。。
记得我外婆曾经煮过这汤,
当时的我只会吃。。。
当我在准备这汤时
才感叹原来每一道外婆和妈妈
烹煮出来美味的菜都很用心的准备哦。
所以我们一定一定要好好孝顺和爱护我们的长辈。
这汤美中不足的是猪肚还要再软一些.......
 不过这汤还是被一扫而空咯 ^^ hehehe

wishing lantern......

新年期间,到神料店买东西时看到许愿灯"wishing lantern"
 让我想起好几年前去Penang探朋友时在那里放天灯。
那里知道过后在报纸上看到放天灯被band....haha
这次新年可以放当然要尽情享受咯。。一家三口齐齐放天灯!!

草莓大福.........大福大福大福

Smooth Glutinous Rice with Strawberry filling

为下雨所以去逛逛。。。
逛着逛着眼前一亮好久没有吃草莓了。
拿一盒闻一闻。。。好香啊。。。有着清甜的味道。
好吧。。就买下它吧。
回到家迫不及待拿出来吃咯。。。
可惜不够甜不过还好不酸



买了草莓。。当然要试一试做个甜品。
所以我选了很想尝试很久的
"草莓大福"来宠宠自己。。。
草莓被红豆馅包围着味道刚刚好不会太甜。

满足满足 ^^



材料(Ingredients):
糯米粉 (glutinous rice flour) 200 g
红豆馅 (red bean paste) 300g
水 (water) 200 cc
草莓 (strawberries) 10 pc
熟糯米粉 (some cooked glutinous rice flour for coating)  适量
砂糖 (sugar) 100g

作法(Ingredients):
1.糯米粉放入碗中加水,再加砂糖拌匀,盖上纱部,入蒸笼蒸约15分钟。再放入锅中小火加热再不停搅拌至有弹性,分成小团备用。
2. 红豆馅包入一颗草莓, 做成馅料. 熟糯米粉
3. 糯米粉小团分别压平,包入馅料,沾上熟糯米粉.
4. 草莓大福就完成了

Method:
1.Combine glutinous rice flour with water in a bolw, add sugar and mix well. Cover with a cloth and steam for 15 min. After 15min, put it in a pot and heat with low heat continue stirring with a rolling pin until it turn chewy . Divide it into small potion of dough.
2.Flatten red bean paste and add in the strawberries. This is making it into a filling.
3.Flatten the small portian of dough and wrap the filling on the dough. Coat with cooked glutinous rice flour.
4. Now you can have your smooth glutinous rice with strawberries filling.
